The hotel was fairly clean with great and brilliant location in the heart of the medina and fine rooms. Location: the venue was right by the central square as well as Marrakech. Had tea and goodies at The Donut Nest, nestled 1 mi of the hotel...

I got incredible value for my money at this B&B. The room was super comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff treated me like a VIP, especially Abdul, who went above and beyond to assist me when I broke my ankle.
Food for breakfast could have been better if it was served warmer on the terrace.

Amazing breakfast and nice staff!!!
Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, brilliant location in the heart of the medina. Location next to main attractions as well as palace. For tea or coffee visit Zwin Zwin Cafe nearby...

I had a fantastic stay at Janat Salam Bed & Breakfast. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was always clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of the distant Atlas Mountains from the patio. the location was perfect, just outside the main square but still within walking distance to all the sights in the medina. the breakfast was delicious and varied every day. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Nothing to fault. 🌟.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. Despite breaking my ankle, the staff at Janat Salam were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They moved my room to the bottom floor and even brought my breakfast down so I didn't have to navigate the stairs. Abdul was especially amazing and made my stay even better. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the Atlas Mountains from the patio. The staff provided mint tea throughout the day and offered assistance with any questions or logistics. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of. The location was perfect, just outside the main square but still peaceful. Highly recommended!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Excellent Location: The riad is located in the heart of the vibrant Medina, just minutes away from the bustling Souk and historic landmarks like El Badi Palace and Dar Tiskiwin Museum. It's like being in the midst of a lively Moroccan bazaar!
Small Shower: The shower was a bit cramped, making it a challenge for even the skinniest person to close the door.

great location, amazing hosts, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Clean room with daily housekeeping, replenished toiletries, and fresh towels. Delicious and filling breakfast. 5-stars for the service and attention from Jonas, Wahlid, and Elias. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality and making our stay memorable.
Noisy room at night due to traffic.

A lovely little haven with attentive staff, delicious food, and a gorgeous terrace. I can't fault it. But hey, who needs an invoice or a room in an "unacceptable area" anyway? Not me!

The inside of the riad was absolutely amazing - so clean and incredibly comfortable! The room was perfect for us as a couple with a double bed instead of two singles. It was super clean and had all the necessary amenities. The atmosphere was great too! The breakfast served both days was delicious and satisfying. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great sleep throughout our stay. The hotel manager/owner even made soothing tea for my partner when he wasn't feeling well, which was really thoughtful. The location was fantastic, with restaurants and attractions nearby, and a convenient parking facility just opposite the hotel for a small fee. The staff, especially Adnan, were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They provided us with useful information, kept us hydrated with Moroccan mint tea, and the service was outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel and the daily room refreshments were blissful. The rooftop area was stunning, offering a lovely place to relax and enjoy tea or breakfast while soaking up the sunshine. The location was ideal, close to the famous square and other amazing places to explore. I'm sad to leave and would definitely return to this lovely hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. The breakfast was great, including eggs and traditional Moroccan breads. The location couldn't have been better, just around the corner from the main square and souks. The service at this bed and breakfast was the best I've ever experienced. Youness and Adnan provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They assisted with transfers, organized tours, and provided world-class hospitality. The dinners were delicious, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable. it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the main square and other tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. the staff was very hospitable and accommodating, going out of their way to provide exceptional customer service.
The street noise could be heard from the rooms with windows. The wifi was spotty in some areas of the hotel.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
